How to evangelize
A Christian is defined as someone who is like Jesus Christ.
If you seek to be like Him, then ultimately you were called to be a skilful (trained) fisher of men. Jesus trained the disciples intensely for three years before He released and sent them into all the world to extend and establish the kingdom of God here on earth as it is in heaven. See Matthew 4:18-19 (Amplified version) below.
“18 As Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee, He noticed two brothers, Simon who was called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. 19 And He said to them, “[a]Follow Me [as My disciples, accepting Me as your Master and Teacher and walking the same path of life that I walk], and I will make you fishers of men.” 20 Immediately they left their nets and followed Him [becoming His disciples, believing and trusting in Him and following His example].”

Who.
Question: Who are the reapers?
Answer: Those followers of Jesus (The 12 & 70) who were asked to pray for labours and reapers to save souls became labours and reapers. That is the biblical pattern.
1 Corinthians 9:19
For though I am free from all men,
I have made myself a servant to all,
that I might win the more;
When.
Question: When will the harvest of souls be? Has it passed? Was it the day of Pentecost?
Answer: John 4:34-36
Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work. 35 Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!
While the earth remains and there is a single living soul, that soul, needs your compassion, and today is better than tomorrow.
How
Question: What is the divine strategy for saving souls.
Answer: Open your mouth!
Otherwise how shall they hear?
Why
Question: Why must we spend some of our time reaping souls.
Answer: Because God created and loves every soul and those not saved will perish. Loosing a child is devastating.
What
Question: What does a reaper say during harvesting souls?
Answer: Wisdom takes account of the listener and their environment. Therefore how consider you will raise the matter. But raise it!

Question: Will all of the earth experience this reaping during this dispensation of grace?
Answer: God is not partial. It is God’s wish that all men (women and children) be saved?
